Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory that was founded in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock. If quantity less than 500 units, production time only need 3-5 working day. For customized models, the delivery time depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production within 15 days under 9 containers orders.
Q: What is the terms of payment and trade term?
A: Usually it is 40% T/T of deposit or downpayment, and balance should be cleared before delivery. We can also pay by Credit card or Alibaba platform. In generally, we use EXW, FOB or CIF trade terms.
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
A: We don’t have MOQ limitation. But if you don’t have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10pcs, we would sincerely recommend you buy at the local market, because international freight will be expensive. Samples are also available at any time.
Q: Can you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?

Q: What if you encounter problems during installation, or don't have installers?
