Q2: What is your standard delivery time?
For standard size models with material in stock (less than 500 pcs), delivery takes 3-7 days. For customized orders, it typically takes 7-15 days. We can finish production under 332 CBM (9 containers) within 15 days.
Q3: What are your terms of payment and trade?
We generally accept 40% deposit with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit cards and Alibaba platform payments are also accepted. Standard trade terms are EXW or FOB, and other terms can be negotiated.
Q4: What should we do if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide free detailed installation drawings and video instructions for every shelf type. If required, our engineers can guide you via phone, video call, or on-site support for larger projects.
