Q1 Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou.
Q2 What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
Q3 What are your payment terms and trade terms?
Payment term: 40% deposit, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery (Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are accepted). Trade term: Generally EXW or FOB; other terms can be negotiated.
Q4 Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We do not have an MOQ limitation. However, if you do not have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10 pcs, we recommend sourcing locally due to high international freight costs.
Q5 How do you support rack installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. Engineers are available to guide via phone, FaceTime, or video. For large mezzanine or floor projects, technical staff or a professional installation team can be arranged.
Q6 What warranty and packaging do you provide?
Warranty ranges from 3 to 5 years. Racks are generally flat packed with air bubble film, with wooden box packaging available upon request.
