Are you a factory or trading company? Where is your factory located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our production facility is located in Guangzhou.

What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we keep raw materials in stock; orders under 500 pcs take 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days for orders up to 332 CBM (9 containers).

What are your payment and trade terms?
Standard payment requires a 40% deposit, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. TT, Credit cards, and Alibaba platforms are supported. We generally trade under EXW or FOB (loading from Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou). Other terms can be negotiated.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We do not have a strict MOQ limitation. However, if you do not have other goods to share container space and the order is less than 10 pcs, we recommend sourcing locally due to high international freight rates.
