Warehouse shelf racking is generally known as pallet racks and heavy duty racks. Warehouse selective racking is mainly used to store pallets and overweight items, usually cooperated with forklifts and telescopic pickers. When designing heavy duty pallet storage racks, the size and weight of the steel pallets and goods, as well as the number of stacked layers, must be considered to determine the appropriate column and beam materials and dimensions. The industrial pallet storage racking is assembled by columns, beams, cross braces, diagonal braces, and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent the instability of the rack after the bolts are loose.

The difference between these two kinds of racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add-on rack is the continue rack with only 1 upright.

For standard models under 500 pcs, delivery takes 3-7 days due to large material stock. For customized models, delivery is generally 7-15 days. We can complete production of 9 containers (332 CBM) in 15 days.
3. What are your payment terms and trade terms?
We require a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery. TT, credit cards, or Alibaba platform payments are accepted. Trade terms are generally EXW or FOB, with others negotiable.
4. What if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every shelf type. Support via phone, FaceTime, or video calls with our engineers is available. For large mezzanine or racking projects, on-site technical guides or installation teams can be dispatched.
5. What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack serves as the starter unit with 2 uprights, whereas an add-on rack connects directly to it and utilizes only 1 upright.
6. What is the product warranty?
Our products include a standard warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years.
