Specification Reference

The Pallet Shuttle system reduces labor costs and makes it more streamlined by automating the picking process. Elevator options add automation and reduce forklift use. In refrigeration applications, reducing the use of forklift trucks in freezers can significantly reduce energy consumption.

The ability to access products from any aisle of the system increases picking efficiency and reduces the chance of collisions within the rack and product tipping or damage due to operator error. Semi-automatic pallet picking and retrieval with Pallet Shuttle increases throughput in areas that require the use of deep racking systems. The batteries in the Pallet Shuttle system are so energy efficient that they can be used in LEED certified warehouses and reduce forklift mileage, helping to further save energy.

❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are you a manufacturer or trading company, and where is your factory located?

We are a professional manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in warehouse racks, supermarket shelves, and various display stands since 2001. We are located in Foshan, Guangdong, and you are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

Can you produce customized systems based on customer design and requirements?

Sure, we have extensive experience customizing storage racks. Floor plans and 3D drawings can be provided by HEDA engineers for easy modular integration. Custom size, color, and structure requests are always welcome.

What information is needed to get a quick quote?

To provide a prompt and precise quote, we generally require details such as:

  • Dimensions and unit weight of pallets/items being stored
  • Number of pallets per level and total levels required
  • Warehouse storage space dimensions or an architectural floor plan
  • Required accessories (such as wire decking, guide rails, or safety bars)
How is the installation handled?

A step-by-step installation drawing guide will be provided for each type of shelf and rack system. Our experienced engineering team supports you continuously throughout design, production, and after-sales assembly.

What is your standard delivery time and packaging method?

In general, production time is within 15 days, depending on project scale. Racks and shelves are flat-packed using air bubble protective film in standard export packaging, with wooden box alternatives available.

What is the difference between a "Main Rack" and an "Add-on Rack"?

The distinction lies in the upright frame structure. A main rack serves as the starting unit with 2 upright frames, while an add-on rack connects directly to it with only 1 upright frame. For example, a continuous row of 15 bays uses 1 main rack paired with 14 add-on racks.
