Q Are you a factory or trading company? Where are you located?
We are a direct manufacturer established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
Q What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for orders under 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days depending on quantity. We can complete production within 15 days for orders up to 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
Q What are your payment terms and trade terms?
Our payment terms require a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared via T/T before delivery (payments via Credit Card or Alibaba platform are also accepted). We generally operate under EXW or FOB terms, with other terms open to negotiation.
Q Do you provide samples and accept OEM/ODM orders?
Yes, samples are available at any time (we suggest raw material samples due to product size). We also have extensive experience handling custom OEM and ODM requirements.
Q How do you assist with racking installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions and video guidance for all systems free of charge. If needed, our engineers can assist via phone or video call, and we can also dispatch a professional installation team to guide or complete big projects.
Q What is the product warranty period and standard packing?
Our racks come with a 3 to 5-year warranty. Standard orders are flat-packed with protective air bubble film, with options for wooden cases or other packing methods upon request.
