What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is ok; For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In general, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM, 9 containers.
What is the term of payment and trade term?
Payment: 40% deposit, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. Trade term: Generally, we use EXW or FOB. Other terms can be negotiated.
Could you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?

What if we encounter problems during installation or can't install it?
We provide detailed install instructions for every type of shelf, and our engineers can instruct via phone, FaceTime, or video. For racking mezzanine floors or large projects, we can offer technical staff to guide or a professional installation team to handle the work.
What is the warranty period and packaging method?
Our warranty ranges from 3 years to 5 years. Generally, storage racks are flat packed with air bubble film, and other packing options such as wooden boxes are available upon request.
