We are factory which is established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou.
Q2What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is ok. For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (9 containers).
Q3What is your term of payment and trade term?
Payment term is 40% deposit, balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are welcome. We generally use EXW or FOB trade terms, and others can be negotiated.
Q4What if we encounter problems during installation or can't install it?
We provide free detailed installation instructions and video guidance for every type of shelf, with engineers available by phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floors or large projects, we can offer technical staff to guide or a professional installation team to handle the work.
Q5What is the warranty and packaging method?
The warranty ranges from 3 years to 5 years. Racks are generally flat packed with air bubble film, with other packaging options like wooden boxes available upon client requirement.
Q6What is the difference between main rack and add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright. A main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and an add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright.
