What is your standard delivery time?
For standard size models, we keep plenty of raw materials in stock; orders under 500 pcs can be delivered in 3-7 days. For customized orders, standard lead time is 7-15 days. We can complete production within 15 days for volumes up to 332 CBM (approximately 9 containers).

Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We do not have an MOQ limitation. However, if your order is less than 10 pcs and you cannot consolidate shipping with other goods, international freight costs may be high.

What technical support is provided for system installation?
We provide free, detailed installation drawings and video guidance for every shelving type. For large mezzanine or turnkey projects, our engineers can assist via video call or be deployed to provide on-site technical installation guidance.

What is the product warranty period and payment terms?
We provide a 3 to 5 years warranty on our racking systems. Standard payment terms are a 40% deposit via T/T, with the remaining balance cleared before delivery.
