Q Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer. Our factory has specialized in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and various display stands since 2001.
Q Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available.
Q What is your delivery time and payment terms?
In general, delivery is within 15 days, depending on order quantity and design. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q How do I install the racking systems?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also dispatch engineers to assist with installation guidance.
Q What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The primary difference is the upright frame. A main rack is a starter unit with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack has only 1 upright and connects to the existing system. For instance, 15 wall-aligned racks consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
Q Can you produce according to custom requirements and how are goods packed?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM services based on your designs. Goods are flat-packed using air bubble film/protective wrapping in standard export cartons, with optional wooden case packing available.
