❓ Q1: Are you a factory or trading company? Where is it located?
A: We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
❓ Q2: What is your standard delivery time?
A: For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock: for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production within 15 days for orders up to 332 CBM (9 containers).
❓ Q3: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: The payment term is 40% deposit, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are accepted. Trade terms are generally EXW or FOB, while other terms can be negotiated.
❓ Q4: What if we encounter problems or need assistance during installation?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. Engineers are available to guide you via phone, video call, or recorded instructions. For mezzanine floors or large projects, we can also dispatch technical staff or an installation team to handle the job.

A: The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack connects directly to it and utilizes only 1 upright.

A: We offer a warranty ranging from 3 years to 5 years. The nearest ports are Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou. If your forwarder is in Foshan or Shenzhen, we can deliver directly to their warehouse as well.
